Ingredients

  • 500 g steak (s) (minute pork steaks)
  • 200 g cream
  • 300 ml vegetable stock
  • 250 g pasta
  • 1 chilli pepper (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Oil for frying
  • possibly water if required

Instructions

  1. Peel the garlic and cut into small pieces together with the chilli pepper. Cut the minute steaks into cubes and season with a little salt and pepper. Fry everything together in a little hot oil. Deglaze with the stock and cream, add the pasta and let it cook (if necessary, add water until the pasta is done). Finally, season again to taste and serve hot.
  2. Tip: If you want, you can also add vegetables, e.g. peppers or broccoli.
