- 1 bunch spring onion (s)
- 200 g bean sprouts
- 200 g lass noodles or e noodles
- water
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- salt and pepper
- soy sauce
- sesame oil

- Peel the carrots and slice them into fine pencils. Clean the spring onions and cut diagonally into pieces. Drain the sprouts.
- Break the pasta into bite-sized pieces. Pour boiling water over them and soak for about 2 minutes, then drain.
- Heat the oil in a pan, fry the minced meat and remove it. Sweat the spring onions in the frying fat until firm to the bite. Add the carrots and bean sprouts and cook briefly.
- Mix in the minced meat and glass noodles and fry for another 5 minutes over high heat. Finally season well with salt, pepper, soy sauce and sesame oil.
