Instructions

  1. Peel the carrots and slice them into fine pencils. Clean the spring onions and cut diagonally into pieces. Drain the sprouts.
  2. Break the pasta into bite-sized pieces. Pour boiling water over them and soak for about 2 minutes, then drain.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan, fry the minced meat and remove it. Sweat the spring onions in the frying fat until firm to the bite. Add the carrots and bean sprouts and cook briefly.
  4. Mix in the minced meat and glass noodles and fry for another 5 minutes over high heat. Finally season well with salt, pepper, soy sauce and sesame oil.
