Ingredients
- 200 g beef
- 400 g turkey meat
- 100 g lass noodles
- 25 g butter
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoon sherry
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 250 ml chicken broth
- 250 ml sweet cream
- salt and pepper

- Prepare glass noodles according to package instructions.
- Cut the meat into small cubes, press the garlic. Sear the meat with garlic. Salt & pepper - continue frying for another 5 minutes. Deglaze with a mixture of sherry and soy sauce. Add the stock and let it boil openly until the liquid has boiled down to a third. Add the cream and bring to the boil again. Ev. tie something with a sauce thickener. Fold in glass noodles.
