Prepare glass noodles according to package instructions.
Cut the meat into small cubes, press the garlic. Sear the meat with garlic. Salt & pepper - continue frying for another 5 minutes. Deglaze with a mixture of sherry and soy sauce. Add the stock and let it boil openly until the liquid has boiled down to a third. Add the cream and bring to the boil again. Ev. tie something with a sauce thickener. Fold in glass noodles.
