- 350 g pasta, e.., Tortilioni
- 500 g minced meat
- 150 g Emmentaler cheese, rated
- 2 leeks
- 300 ml vegetable stock, instant
- 1 packet processed cheese, e.g., light
- salt and pepper

- Wash the leek and cut into rings.
- Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions, quench briefly and place in a baking dish.
- Fry the minced meat until crumbly, adding salt and pepper. Then add the leek to the pan and fry briefly. Now deglaze with the vegetable stock and simmer for about 5 minutes. Now stir in the processed cheese spoon by spoon and let it melt in it. Season everything to taste and, if necessary, add seasoning.
- Add the leek and mince sauce to the pasta in the baking dish and mix. Sprinkle the cheese on top.
- Now put in the preheated oven (top / bottom heat: 200 ° C, fan oven: 175 ° C) for about 20 minutes and bake.
