Ingredients
- 2 leeks
- 250 g minced meat
- 2 cup rice, cooked
- 2 small Glass sherry medium
- salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon stock, grained
- some clarified butter

- Wash the leek and cut into fine slices. Fry the minced meat in clarified butter, season with salt and pepper, add the leek and cook for a few minutes.
- Scatter the granulated broth over it and add the cooked rice. Mix everything well. When the rice is hot, pour the sherry over it and serve.
