- 3 leeks
- 1 onion (s)
- Fat, for frying
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 2 tablespoon marjoram
- salt and pepper
- Vegetable broth, instant
- 1 cup crème fraîche

- Cut the leek into rings and wash.
- Sauté the diced onion in the fat. Add the minced meat and cook well. Add the spices and stock powder and pour in a little water. Add the leek and cook for 20-30 minutes. If necessary, add more water. Now season again if necessary. Stir in the crème fraîche.
- We prefer to eat pasta or potatoes with it.
