Instructions

  1. Cut the leek into rings and wash.
  2. Sauté the diced onion in the fat. Add the minced meat and cook well. Add the spices and stock powder and pour in a little water. Add the leek and cook for 20-30 minutes. If necessary, add more water. Now season again if necessary. Stir in the crème fraîche.
  3. We prefer to eat pasta or potatoes with it.
