Ingredients
- 250 g minced meat
- 1 onion (s), diced
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- 2 large potatoes, diced
- 500 g cauliflower florets
- 1.7 liters vegetable stock
- 0.3 liters milk
- 100 g cheese, rated
- 2 leeks, cut into rings
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- some sugar

- Fry the minced meat, add the onions and garlic, season everything well with salt and pepper. Now fry the potato cubes, add the vegetable stock and milk to everything.
- Now add the cauliflower and leek, simmer for a total of 15-20 minutes until the cauliflower or potatoes are cooked. Add the cheese and season with the spices. This goes well with warm baguette.
