Ingredients

  • 500 g Mett (ham or Thurinian Mett)
  • 250 g minced meat, mixed
  • 3 leeks
  • 1 large can (s) tomato (s), peeled
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 250 ml beef broth, or more
  • 150 g processed cheese with herbs
  • 75 g cream cheese
  • Worcester sauce
  • White wine, or sparkling wine
  • Salt and pepper, black, freshly ground
  • possibly aromatic

Instructions

  1. Cut the onions and leeks into pieces and fry them. Either shape the mince and mince into dumplings and fry or add whole to the pot and fry until crumbly. Add onions and leeks. Add tomatoes and mushrooms and bring to the boil briefly. Then add the processed cheese, broth, Worcestershire sauce, a little white wine or sparkling wine, pepper and salt. Mix everything well and then again
  2. Let cook for about 15 minutes. Season to taste, possibly a pinch of sugar.
  3. With home-baked onion bread.
