Cut the onions and leeks into pieces and fry them. Either shape the mince and mince into dumplings and fry or add whole to the pot and fry until crumbly. Add onions and leeks. Add tomatoes and mushrooms and bring to the boil briefly. Then add the processed cheese, broth, Worcestershire sauce, a little white wine or sparkling wine, pepper and salt.
