- 7 large potatoes, diced
- 4 leeks
- 7 cauliflower florets
- 1 ½ liter vegetable stock, possibly more
- 250 g processed cheese, reduced fat
- 3 tablespoon oil for frying
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg

- Heat the oil in a large saucepan. Fry the diced potatoes, the cauliflower and the leek cut into rings, add the stock. Let it cook for about 20 minutes.
- Then add the processed cheese and then puree everything with the hand blender. Finally, season with the spices.
