Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat and mix with the chopped leek. While roasting, stir in the garlic and deglaze with half a liter of water. When the water boils, stir in the broth and add the pasta. Let it cook until the noodles are cooked through. Then stir in the tomato paste.
  2. A simple, quick and yet delicious recipe, especially suitable for children. My daughter is by no means a vegetable eater, but she eats these noodles with growing enthusiasm and does not collect the leeks.
