Ingredients
- 2 leeks
- 250 g minced meat
- 3 carrot (s)
- 1 medium onion (s)
- 40 g rice
- some salt and pepper
- 750 ml meat stock
- 1 tablespoon, heaped tomato paste
- 2 large tomato (s)
- 1 lemon (s), add the juice from it
- some oil

- Peel and chop tomatoes. Cut the leek into 1 cm thick slices, halve the onion and cut into slices. Cut the carrots into slices.
- Fry the minced meat, season with salt and pepper. Add onions, tomatoes and tomato paste and fry.
- Add the meat stock, leek, carrots and rice and simmer over medium heat with the lid closed for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Season with salt and pepper and add freshly squeezed lemon juice.
- 230 Kcal per serving.
