Ingredients

  • 0.5 kg ½ minced meat, mixed
  • 1 leek
  • Crème fraîche or sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 2 tablespoon stock, granulated
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 250 ml water
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste

Instructions

  1. Cut the onion into small cubes and fry together with the minced meat. Sprinkle the granulated broth on top. Add tomato paste, mustard, salt, pepper, paprika and water. Cut the leek into rings and add to them. Let it boil down a little, add the créme fraiche - heat again.
  2. It goes well with pasta or rice!
