- 500 g reen pepper (s)
- 500 g onion (s)
- 3 small Can tomato (s)
- 1 small Can (s) mushrooms
- 500 g minced meat
- 2 tablespoons oil
- salt
- pepper
- Paprika powder
- 4 tablespoon sour cream

- Heat the oil in a saucepan, cut the paprika and onions into strips and add, sprinkle the minced meat over the top in small pieces and season.
- Lift everything together and fry.
- Add tomatoes with liquid, cook over medium heat. Finally add the mushrooms.
- Refine with sour cream and season to taste.
