Ingredients

  • 250 g bacon, mixed
  • 250 g Mett (Thurinian)
  • 250 g round beef
  • 3 leeks
  • 3 onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 0.5 liter ½ white wine
  • 1 large can (s) mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 large can tomato (s)
  • 400 g herbal cream cheese
  • 1 cup cream
  • 2 points herbs, frozen

Instructions

  1. Dice the bacon, cut the leek into rings, chop the onions into large cubes, finely chop the garlic cloves. Fry all ingredients one after the other in a pan and pour into a large saucepan, deglaze with white wine. Add the mushrooms and mashed tomatoes, stir everything and simmer on 1 or 4-5 automatic hotplates for about 20 minutes.
  2. Finally stir in the herb cream cheese, cream and herbs. Let the party pot pull through a little longer.
  3. Baguette tastes good with it.
