Dice the bacon, cut the leek into rings, chop the onions into large cubes, finely chop the garlic cloves. Fry all ingredients one after the other in a pan and pour into a large saucepan, deglaze with white wine. Add the mushrooms and mashed tomatoes, stir everything and simmer on 1 or 4-5 automatic hotplates for about 20 minutes.
Finally stir in the herb cream cheese, cream and herbs. Let the party pot pull through a little longer.
