Instructions
Mix the yogurt well with a mixer. Add the garlic cloves, walnuts, cucumber and olive oil. Season to taste with salt. Mix everything well and dilute with 2 cups of water.
Sprinkle the tarator with finely chopped dill and serve well chilled.
