  1. The meat must be at room temperature for processing. Mix all other ingredients into a marinade, mix well with the meat and let everything stand for at least 1 hour.
  2. Tastes best fried over a grill or out of the oven. Place on the grill and grill quickly while turning or place the meat on a tray, grill over for approx. 2 minutes, then turn and grill briefly.
  3. Many delicious Korean side salads and rice go well with this.
