Cook the bulgur as described on the package. I always add potatoes to the water and cook them too. Drain when the bulgur and potatoes are tender. Peel potatoes.
Sauté onions and possibly garlic in a pan, if you want to use mushrooms or similar, fry them a little first.
Then add chickpeas, potatoes (cut into slices or cubes), stir and then deglaze with coconut milk. Add a lot of curry powder and possibly curry paste, it should be nice and yellow. Let it simmer until it is nice and hot.
