Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the onion, grate the tomatoes and wash the bulgur thoroughly. Fry the chopped onion in olive oil, add the tomato paste and fry with it. Add the grated tomatoes and fry until the tomatoes soften.
  2. Finally add the bulgur. Also fry the bulgur, season with salt and the spices and add boiling water until everything is covered. Cook on low heat with the lid closed until the liquid has evaporated. Let the bulgur rice steep for about 10 minutes and serve.
