Instructions

  1. Cover the bulgur with the vegetable stock. Allow to swell for 10 minutes. Peel the mango, cut into pieces and fold into the bulgur.
  2. Cut the onions, garlic and peppers into cubes.
  3. Caramelize the sugar in a saucepan. Vinegar and the rest
  4. Pour in the broth. Stew the onions, garlic, ginger, oil and paprika for 10 minutes and then stir in the mango bulgur.
  5. Season with paprika powder and sprinkle pine nuts over the top.
