- Cover the bulgur with the vegetable stock. Allow to swell for 10 minutes. Peel the mango, cut into pieces and fold into the bulgur.
- Cut the onions, garlic and peppers into cubes.
- Caramelize the sugar in a saucepan. Vinegar and the rest
- Pour in the broth. Stew the onions, garlic, ginger, oil and paprika for 10 minutes and then stir in the mango bulgur.
- Season with paprika powder and sprinkle pine nuts over the top.
