Instructions

  1. Prepare the bulgur according to the instructions on the packet and then let it cool down.
  2. Peel the carrots, wash the zucchini. Cut both into small cubes or strips. Cook in a little oil with the peas. Fold the vegetables with a little broth under the bulgur and season with a little salt and pepper. Fold in fresh herbs such as parsley, mint or coriander as desired.
