Use a yoghurt tub with a capacity of approx. 150 ml to measure the mug.
Sweat the onions in olive oil. Add the minced meat, season with salt and pepper and fry. Add the bulgur, water, carrots and the peppers. Simmer on a low temperature.
Add tomatoes, tomato paste and the tip of a knife (a little more if necessary) sambal oelek. Season again with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with herbs as needed.
