• 250 g quark (curd cheese)
• liter ⅛ milk
• 1 packet vanilla sugar
• 50 grams sugar
• 1 pack raspberries, frozen
• 1 cup cream (cream)
• 8 ladyfingers (sponge fingers)

Instructions

1. Mix the milk and curd cheese together. Mix in the defrosted raspberries, vanilla sugar and sugar. Fold in whipped cream. Pour the well-chilled cream into small glasses (I use Ikea tealight containers) and insert 2 ladyfingers at an angle as rabbit ears.
