Ingredients

  • 250 g quark (curd cheese)
  • liter ⅛ milk
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 1 pack raspberries, frozen
  • 1 cup cream (cream)
  • 8 ladyfingers (sponge fingers)

Instructions

  1. If the raspberries are not yet thawed, allow them to thaw at room temperature for about 15 minutes
  2. Whip the cream to stiff peaks (about 2-3 minutes with an electric mixer, or 5-10 minutes by hand)
  3. Mix the milk and curd cheese together
  4. Stir in the thawed raspberries, vanilla sugar, and sugar until combined
  5. Fold the whipped cream into the raspberry-curd mixture
  6. Divide the mixture among 4 serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes until well-chilled
  7. Just before serving, insert 2 ladyfingers at an angle in each glass to resemble rabbit ears
