Spread a thin layer of mustard on the schnitzel. Mix the paprika powder with flour and turn the schnitzel in it. Let it dry a little.
Heat the oil in a pan, fry the chopped bacon and onion in it, remove from the pan and set aside. Fry the schnitzel vigorously in the remaining fat and then finish cooking over a low heat. Put the onion and bacon back in the pan, heat briefly. Serve the schnitzel with bacon and onion. Fried potatoes and salad go well with it.
