First cut the onions into thick rings. Heat some oil, honey and a little balsamic vinegar in a pan until the honey has dissolved. Then fry the onions in it until translucent.
Meanwhile, knead the minced meat with the dried herbs, salt and pepper into an even mass and form four flat burgers. To press a hollow in the middle.
