• 500 ml ketchup
• 500 ml mayonnaise
• 1 cl brandy
• 1 squirt lemon juice
• 2 cloves garlic
• salt
• pepper

Instructions

1. Put the ketchup and mayonnaise in a bowl. Add the brandy.
2. Chop the garlic very finely or press it through a garlic press and also add to the bowl. Add the lemon juice.
3. Mix the whole mixture well with a whisk. Season to taste with salt and pepper and stir again.
4. Now put on the burger or serve with thick fries.
