• 1 tablespoon cucumber liquid, from the pickle jar
• 1 tablespoon tomato paste
• salt and pepper
• some chilli flakes
• some paprika powder, noble sweet
• curry
• 8 leaves basil, fresh
• some stalks parsley, fresh

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients. Chop the herbs and stir in.
2. Let it steep in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
3. The sauce is enough for about 6 burgers, burger buns of normal size.
