Sweat the onions and tomatoes until the onions are translucent.
Put honey, mustard and tomato paste in a tall container, fill up with half the oil and finely puree with the hand blender, gradually adding the oil until a homogeneous sauce is obtained (add more or less oil as you feel).
Puree the pickles, onions and tomatoes, add to the sauce and puree again. Season to taste with chilli, salt and pepper.
