  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Coat the sea bass fillets with vegetable oil on all sides, then season with salt and pepper.
  3. Oil the grill grate with vegetable oil.
  4. Place the fillets on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  5. Cut the burger buns in half. Place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun, top with a sea bass fillet, and cover with the top half.
