1. Preheat the oven to the highest setting and put the pointed cabbage whole, without removing the outer leaves, into the oven for about 1 hour.
2. Meanwhile, peel and cut the potatoes and boil them in salted water.
3. As soon as the potatoes are cooked, mash them together with 80 g butter, vegetable stock, nutmeg, lemon juice and cayenne pepper and season with salt and pepper.
4. Take out the cabbage after 1 hour and remove the black leaves. Cut cabbage into 4 pieces and serve with mashed potatoes.
5. Garnish and serve.
