- 600 g potato (s)
- 1 pointed cabbage
- 120 g butter
- 4 tablespoon vegetable broth
- 1 pinch (s) nutmeg
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 pinch (s) cayenne pepper
- 1 pinch (s) pepper

- 1. Preheat the oven to the highest setting and put the pointed cabbage whole, without removing the outer leaves, into the oven for about 1 hour.
- 2. Meanwhile, peel and cut the potatoes and boil them in salted water.
- 3. As soon as the potatoes are cooked, mash them together with 80 g butter, vegetable stock, nutmeg, lemon juice and cayenne pepper and season with salt and pepper.
- 4. Take out the cabbage after 1 hour and remove the black leaves. Cut cabbage into 4 pieces and serve with mashed potatoes.
- 5. Garnish and serve.
