Instructions
Mix the flour, egg yolk, salt and sugar together. Add milk. Then work in the butter and let the dough rest for an hour. Pour in the liqueur and stir before baking.
Heat the fat in a pan, bake thin pancakes and sprinkle with flaked almonds. Sugar a little and fold up once. Pour some brandy over it and flambé.
