- Peel the onion and chop finely.
- Peel the garlic and chop finely.
- Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
- Wash the tomato and cut into thin slices.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil in a skillet over medium heat for 1 minute.
- Add the chopped onion and garlic and fry for 3-4 minutes until the onion is soft and translucent.
- Open the can of beans in tomato sauce and add to the skillet. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes until hot.
- Warm the wheat tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side.
- For each of the 6 burritos: place one warm tortilla on a plate and spoon one-sixth of the hot bean filling into the center.
- Arrange tomato slices and grated cheese over the filling.
- Fold the bottom of the tortilla up, then fold both sides in toward the center, leaving the top open.
- Place the burrito seam-side down in the dry skillet over medium heat and fry for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
- Flip and fry the other side for 1-2 minutes until golden brown. Transfer to a plate.
- Serve all the burritos hot.
