Mix eggs, 1 cup sugar, vanilla sugar, cream, lemon juice until frothy, stir in the flour mixed with baking powder.
Spread on a greased baking tray (approx. 40), prebake in a preheated oven at approx. 170 degrees (convection) for approx. 10 minutes.
Melt the butter and bring to the boil with 1 cup of sugar and milk, fold in the almond flakes. Spread the groats on the cake with a teaspoon and pour the almond mixture over it and bake for another 15 minutes.
