Melt the butter and mix well with 125 g honey (1) and the pulp of the vanilla pod. Mix the flour with the baking powder and the chopped almonds and knead into the butter and honey mixture.
Shape the dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees / level 2 for about 15 minutes.
Brush with the rest of the honey (2) while it is still hot.
