Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente and drain most of the water, leaving a little bit of it in the pot. Stir in the butter, lightly salt and grind pepper over it.
  2. Distribute on preheated plates and immediately sprinkle freshly grated parmesan on top.
