Put in a loaf pan (30 x 11 cm, greased, sprinkled with breadcrumbs), let rise again in a warm place until the dough has visibly enlarged. Cut the surface of the dough diagonally several times and brush with water.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 - 200 ° C for 40 - 50 minutes. Remove the bread from the mold and let it cool on a wire rack.
