Ingredients
- 250 g wheat flour (type 405)
- 250 g wheat flour (type 1050)
- 1 pack dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon, heaped honey
- 1 egg (s)
- 75 g butter, soft
- 250 ml milk, lukewarm
- 20 g breadcrumbs for the mold

- Sift the flour into a mixing bowl. Mix in the yeast and sea salt. Add honey, egg, butter and milk and knead into a smooth dough with the dough hook of the hand mixer. Cover and let rise in a warm place until the volume has visibly increased. Then knead the dough briefly on the work surface.
- Put in a loaf pan (30 x 11 cm, greased, sprinkled with breadcrumbs), let rise again in a warm place until the dough has visibly enlarged. Cut the surface of the dough diagonally several times and brush with water.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 - 200 ° C for 40 - 50 minutes. Remove the bread from the mold and let it cool on a wire rack.
