Ingredients
- 6 bread dumplings from the day before
- 1 onion (s)
- 100 g bacon, diced
- 4 tablespoon oil
- 200 g lamb`s lettuce
- 2 tablespoon sunflower seeds
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 apple, sour
- Salt and pepper

- Cut the bread dumplings from the day before into 4 thick slices and fry them in a coated pan with 2 tablespoons of oil.
- Fry the diced ham in a second pan. Dice the onion and add to the ham.
- Clean, wash and spin dry the lamb`s lettuce.
- Mix a dressing with balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons of oil.
- Cut the apple into cubes and add to the lamb`s lettuce. Arrange the lamb`s lettuce on a plate. Spread the ham and sunflower seeds on top. Pour the dressing over it and serve the bread dumplings on top.
