Cut the bread dumplings from the day before into 4 thick slices and fry them in a coated pan with 2 tablespoons of oil.
Fry the diced ham in a second pan. Dice the onion and add to the ham.
Clean, wash and spin dry the lamb`s lettuce.
Mix a dressing with balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons of oil.
Cut the apple into cubes and add to the lamb`s lettuce. Arrange the lamb`s lettuce on a plate. Spread the ham and sunflower seeds on top. Pour the dressing over it and serve the bread dumplings on top.
