Pour the ingredients one after the other into the container of the BBA. Set the dough program and use the waiting time for other tasks.
Take the finished yeast dough out of the container and form 3 baguettes on a floured surface, place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper or in a special baguette baking pan. Cut the bread three times across with a sharp knife and cover and let rise for another 10 minutes.
