Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes, cook until soft, drain and fill up with buttermilk, cream and sour cream. Add the butter and mash it until it is mushy.
  2. Add the beans and season with salt and pepper. Let it get hot. The soup must not boil! Apple pancakes go well with this.
