Instructions

  1. Prepare a cake mold (22cm) (grease or with baking paper)
  2. In a high bowl, mix the sugar, nesquik, melted butter, 1/2 of the flour, salt, vanilla sugar, buttermilk and baking powder vigorously for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the eggs and the rest of the flour and beat briefly.
  4. Pour the batter into the cake pan.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven in the lower half at approx. 160 degrees for approx. 45 minutes (do a needle test).
