Ingredients
- 170 grams sugar
- 50 g cocoa powder (Nesquik)
- 80 g butter, liquid
- 200 g flour
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 2 dl buttermilk, plain
- 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 2 large egg (s)

- Prepare a cake mold (22cm) (grease or with baking paper)
- In a high bowl, mix the sugar, nesquik, melted butter, 1/2 of the flour, salt, vanilla sugar, buttermilk and baking powder vigorously for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the eggs and the rest of the flour and beat briefly.
- Pour the batter into the cake pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven in the lower half at approx. 160 degrees for approx. 45 minutes (do a needle test).
