Ingredients
For the dough:
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 0.5 ½ cup oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 ½ cups flour
- 3 egg (s)
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
For covering:
- 6 apples
For the cast:
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 200 g flaked almonds
- 0.5 ½ cup sugar
- 70 g mararine
- 4 tablespoons milk

- Beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy. Then briefly stir in the remaining dough ingredients. Peel the apples, quarter them and cut lengthways into wedges.
- Spread the batter on a baking sheet and place the apple wedges on top. Bake in the preheated oven at 175 ° C for approx. 15 minutes.
